MONROE, LA 鈥 青青草视频 Honors Program received five awards at Pathways 2025, a student success conference hosted by Suitable in Philadelphia, Pa., from July 23鈥25, 2025. The program earned three awards for the FLIGHT Program, while Dr. Joshua Stockley, Director of the 青青草视频Honors Program, was individually honored with two additional awards, bringing the total to five national recognitions.

Nominated for eight awards in total, the 青青草视频Honors Program was recognized for its FLIGHT Program, an experiential, digital badging curriculum requiring students to master seven core competencies essential to professional, personal, and social development. The FLIGHT Program runs on Suitable, a software platform and app that assists universities in boosting student engagement outside the classroom.

鈥淢icro-credentials represent a forward-thinking approach to higher education,鈥 stated Dr. Stockley. 鈥淭hrough programs like FLIGHT, we are equipping students with verifiable skills and competencies that align with workforce demands and expectations. Innovation in co-curricular learning not only enriches the educational experience, but it is an essential component to preparing students for careers in an increasingly competitive and global economy. FLIGHT bridges the gap between academic learning and real-world application, ensuring our graduates are not only educated but career-ready,鈥 he added.听

Dr. Stockley received the Student Advocate Award and the Most Engaged Partner Award for his leadership and commitment to student engagement. The Student Advocate Award recognizes partners 鈥渨ho have harnessed the power of Suitable to make a lasting impact on their students. These advocates have gone above and beyond, designing and implementing activities and programs that address critical needs and empower students to thrive. Through their dedication and innovative approach, they have become catalysts for positive change, creating a culture that prioritizes engagement, support, and opportunity for every student.鈥 According to Suitable, the Most Engaged Partner Award honors those who 鈥渉ave attended and participated in the most Suitable webinars and events, as well as engaged with our Suitable Insider pathway. We can count on these partners to be our hype crew when we host one of our many events and to share their Suitable experience with those in attendance.鈥

鈥淩eceiving both the Student Advocate Award and the Most Engaged Partner Award is deeply humbling,鈥 said Dr. Stockley. 鈥淚 share these awards with all of the students, faculty, and staff who believe in what we are building.鈥澨

Working with Dr. Stockley over the past few years has been an absolute pleasure,鈥 said Hailey Gallagher, Client Success Manager for Suitable. 鈥淗is vision transformed FLIGHT into an award-winning program, enabling students to quantify their co-curricular experiences and to foster a sense of community. He consistently finds innovative ways to help students develop skills and prepare for future success.鈥澨

In addition to individual recognitions, the FLIGHT Program earned three programmatic awards: Highest Engagement, Most Completed Activities, and Best Branding. These awards reflect the program鈥檚 successful implementation and the enthusiastic response from students.

The Highest Engagement Award recognizes programs that have 鈥渁chieved a high level of engagement among their students. These programs have clear insight into what motivates students and have implemented a variety of strategies to encourage student participation and involvement.鈥 Notably, the FLIGHT Program achieved 100% engagement in both its first and second years of implementation.

The Most Completed Activities Award honors programs with 鈥渢he highest average activity completions per student,鈥 while the Best Branding Award is given to 鈥渢hose partners who have created a memorable and exciting branding campaign to engage students and impress stakeholders.鈥

鈥淭he recognition of the FLIGHT Program with awards for Highest Engagement, Most Completed Activities, and Best Branding is a testament to the dedication and innovation of our students, staff, and campus partners,鈥 said Dr. Stockley. 鈥淎chieving 100% engagement is no small feat, and I am proud of the design and execution that made it possible. I want to extend particular appreciation to the 青青草视频Office of Marketing and Communications for their work in creating the branding and visual identity that makes the FLIGHT Program recognizable, unique, and inspiring. Most importantly, I am incredibly proud of our students for fully embracing the program, buying into its purpose, and increasing their on-campus and off-campus engagement.鈥

The FLIGHT Program was also nominated for three additional awards: Suitable Spirit Award, Suitable Innovator Award, and Distinguished Program.
